Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of Maryport' Solway Sea Cadet unit will be held at T.S. Caesar - 70 King Street, Maryport, Cumbria, CA15 6AZ  at 1900hrs on Wednesday 18th November 2009 to transact the following business:

2. Chairmans Opening Address
3. Minutes of Last AGM for adoption
4. Matters Arising from those minutes
5. Chairman's Report
6. Commanding Officer's report
7. Treasurer's report and adoption of accounts
8. Election of Chairman
9. Election / re-election of Unit Management committee
10. Any other business*

* any other business - items for consideration must be proposed and seconded and emailed to maryportscc541@tesco.net at least 24hrs before the meeting

UMC members for election need to be proposed and seconded

Nomination forms are available from the unit.

Fully completed forms are required no later than 2100hrs on Tuesday 17th November 2009
