There are two exhibitions in the Maryport area that you should not miss.
Try and get to the Hungry and Thirsty paintings and sculptures by Paul Hobbs at Flimby's St Nicholas' Church. Paul Hobbs has a powerful message and some wonderful art.
Next Friday the Dales is holding an exhitition of the history of Mryport and, especially, of Ellenborough. Groups have been working on the family trees of some of the best known names in the area.
